Let’s face it, it is extremely difficult (and expensive) to meet the demands of every project – large and small, simple and complex – and to simultaneously support every hosting platform, data source and processing specification. Oasis supports other eDiscovery vendors by lending a helping hand when internal capacity is exceeded, or in some cases, as a resource for niche service offerings that our partners do not support internally.

Increase Capacity

Oasis is able to provide the hardware, software and certified technicians required to assist your team with overflow work. Many of our partners establish a threshold for internal projects and leverage our resources for unusually large or unexpected projects; this allows our partners to build an operation for the “typical” volume of work and not a “best case scenario.”

Expand your Horizons

By aggregating the needs of many of our partners, we are able to invest in services/platforms that simply do not make financial sense for most individual vendors to support on their own. We’ve created the operational infrastructure necessary to support several high-end review platforms, multiple early case assessment tools, niche offerings such as backup tape restoration and risk-laden services like forensic collections.

Trust

We do not market our services directly to law firms or corporations – that’s the role of our partners – instead, we stay behind the scenes, providing the technology and people necessary to meet the objectives of the end-users. We are firmly committed to the wholesale business model and will never go behind a partner’s back in an attempt to establish relationships directly with the end client.

Wholesale

Our prices are set well below market so that our partners can mark-up our services and enjoy wide profit margins on their projects. We are happy to provide standard pricing upon request, but our goal is to keep prices at 50-60% of the retail price in a given market.

Transparency

Our partners don’t want us to manage their expectations, they want full disclosure and transparency. We give our partners access to all information, good and bad, as close to real-time as possible. In other words, our partners receive same level of access and visibility as they would if we shared the same office.
