Saleem Dababneh
Chief Operating Officer
Saleem “Sal” Dababneh joined Oasis as COO in 2017. In addition to leading Oasis’ daily operations, he manages the company’s strategic partnerships, business administration, and technical teams for support, development, and information technology. He has over twenty-five years of experience in information technology, including twenty years focused on legal technology & eDiscovery. Throughout his career, he has focused on continuing education, earning over a dozen certifications in eDiscovery, while also advocating for standards of professional growth in the industry.
Sal is an avid grill master (proud member of the North Texas BBQ Addicts) and spends much of his spare time coaching youth sports. He grills and works from his home in northeast Texas with his wife and six children.
Dave Tiller
VP of Business Development
Dave Tiller is Vice President of Business Development at Oasis, with 30+ years of experience in legal technology, enterprise infrastructure, and eDiscovery. He currently leads business development efforts at Oasis, where he helps organizations simplify complex infrastructure and eDiscovery challenges through secure, high-performance private cloud solutions.
He has held senior leadership roles at Xerox, IPRO, and other leading legal-services organizations. Dave is known for building strategic partnerships and delivering practical, scalable solutions for complex data and technology challenges.
Andy Kennedy
Executive Vice President
Andy P. Kennedy serves as Executive Vice President at Oasis, where he plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and long‑term growth. A trusted leader with more than 12 years at Oasis and over 30 years in eDiscovery, Andy brings deep expertise in private cloud infrastructure, eDiscovery platforms, and compliance‑driven technology solutions for highly regulated industries.
In his role, Andy partners closely with enterprise, legal, and technology leaders to deliver secure, high‑performance cloud environments designed for mission‑critical workloads. He is instrumental in advancing Oasis’s focus on performance, resiliency, and security, ensuring clients benefit from scalable solutions that meet the industry’s most rigorous standards.
